Worship

There are many ways to get involved in our worship services. The easiest way is to sign up to be an Usher. Ushers arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the worship service. They hand out orders of service, welcome guests, and assist people in making a name tag and finding their way around the building. They also help collect the offering. The sign-up sheet for Ushers can be found on the welcome tables on Sunday mornings.

If you are musically inclined, you could join the choir. Our choir sings at a worship service twice a month. They rehearse on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. in our Parlors. If you are interested in joining the choir, please contact our Music Director, Wayne Schneider at wayne.schneider@uvm.edu.

Several times per year, our worship service is led by a lay person. This lay person is a member of our Worship Committee. If you are interested in helping with the actual planning of services, please contact one of our ministers, who will put you in touch with the Chair of the Worship Committee.
